## AI limits
- GPT customer service is a separate OpenAI integration using the merchant's own API key.
- AI Connect is read-only: compatible remote-MCP clients (such as Claude or Codex) can read order, customer, sales and stock data the store owner authorises. It does not create, edit or cancel orders.
- Queried data is sent to the connected AI provider. ChatGPT connector availability depends on the client and account.
- WhatsApp is used to share webstore and checkout links; it is not automatic comment capture. Comment capture is for Facebook and Instagram.
- This site lists no pricing.
